Villa Sapphire

Villa Sapphire sits above Makarska with the whole Adriatic in front of it. Built in 2025, the villa spreads across 1,100 m2 on a fully fenced 1,500 m2 plot. Every room is oriented toward the same thing: a panoramic sea view that runs from the coastline out to the islands. The town center is 3.5 km away, the sea 2 km, and the nearest shop just 300 m down the road. Split airport is 94 km, and the highway exit is 15 minutes out.

Inside, four bedrooms each come with a king size bed, an en suite bathroom, air conditioning and a TV. Six bathrooms in total means no one waits. The villa sleeps eight comfortably, which is its optimal number as well as its maximum. Nothing is squeezed. The kitchen is fully equipped down to the ice machine and juicer, and breakfast can be arranged for you if you would rather not cook.

The facilities are the reason people book Villa Sapphire and then stay put. A heated outdoor pool for the shoulder seasons. An indoor jacuzzi and sauna for after a long day on the water. A private tennis court, a wine cellar, a fitness room, billiards and a PlayStation. There is an electric car charger and parking for six cars, so a large group can arrive in more than one vehicle without a problem.

Concierge service comes with the villa. Private chef, private transfers and boat rental can all be arranged, so a week here can be as organized or as unstructured as you want it. The property is fully fenced and private throughout.

Good to know: check in from 16:00, check out until 10:00. Pets are not allowed. Young groups on request. The price includes VAT, tourist tax and everything listed above. A 30% deposit confirms the reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Security deposit for property damage is 2,000 EUR.
