Tranquility Tennis Estate

A grand oceanfront estate offering unparalleled amenities and absolute privacy on Grace Bay.

Set across 11 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, Tranquility stands in a class of its own. With an eight-bedroom main house and a secluded three-bedroom guest house. Tranquility is surrounded by lawns, water features, cabanas, as well as extensive flower and fruit gardens. The scale and serenity of this estate are unmatched.

Outdoor living here is expansive and immersive. A resort-style pool surrounded by loungers forms the social heart of the estate, while multiple terraces, alfresco dining areas and a firepit offer quieter corners for long lunches and evening conversations.

Meandering paths lead down to a private beach deck, a hammock garden and the powder-soft sands of Grace Bay beyond, while a private dock on the adjacent canal makes pick-ups for private charters seamless. Active guests are spoilt for choice with a floodlit tennis/pickleball/basketball court, beach volleyball, table tennis and a full gym, while those seeking to slow down and focus on wellness will find a yoga pavilion, sauna, spa and hot tub at their disposal.

Step Inside…

Clad in coral stone with graceful French windows and louvered shutters, the Oliver Messel-inspired architecture blends classic Caribbean elegance with layered, timeless interiors that incorporate every modern comfort one could ask for.

Stately living spaces include a dining room seating 22, a grand living room opening onto the main veranda, with views over the pool to turquoise seas, and two kitchens – one for guests’ use, the other for professional chefs.

The eight generous king-size suites in the main house – most with panoramic ocean views and private terraces – are sumptuously decorated with fine furniture, beautiful fabrics and unique works. A separate three-bedroom guest house, set beside pebble-stone waterfalls, is ideal for guests wishing for additional privacy, with its own sitting, kitchen and dining area.

Stays at Tranquility become pure indulgence thanks to a discreet, professional staff of nine, dedicated to delivering flawless service.
