Tenuta 4 Pini is a private estate held by a historic Italian winemaking family, set thirty minutes from the historic center of Rome. A one-kilometer drive through the family vineyards leads to a garden of centuries-old pine trees and wild rose bushes, where three villas, a tennis court, a pool, and a small private chapel sit within a working agricultural landscape.

The compound sleeps 38 across the main villa, Villa Fioretta, and Villa Cecilia, with a separate staff house for live-in support. The main villa carries the formal entertaining: living rooms with fireplaces, two dining rooms, a flower-filled patio, and a billiards setup. Villa Fioretta, the original house on the property and designed by Italian architect Busiri Vici, has a wood-fired oven on the patio for pizza nights. Villa Cecilia opens directly onto the vineyards, the pool, and the tennis court.

The estate is built for groups: family reunions, multi-generational gatherings, and corporate offsites where the day moves between sport, the pool, long lunches, and wine made a few meters from where it is poured.
