Marahuyo Pickleball Villa

The clean lines, wall-to-wall glass and lofty ceilings of Villa Marahuyo carry from the entry through the main living areas and out onto the main deck, where a dramatic black lava stone pool stands in stark contrast to the white sands and turquoise hues of the beach beyond.

With lounge chairs positioned on a shelf in the pool, sun beds lined up alongside it, and hanging cocoon chairs on the deck, there is no shortage of spots to soak up the sun, while a deep overhang offers ample space to dine or relax in the shade.

Kayaks, snorkel gear and a pickleball court offer plenty of ways to stay active by day. Come nightfall, the sunken firepit, with its views of the ocean, is an inviting space to sip a sundowner and plan the next day’s adventures.

Timber clad ceilings and terrazzo floors lend the modern interiors a warm aesthetic, and fully pocketing doors across the living room bathe the interior in natural light. A vast sectional sofa offers ample space for the whole group, a circular dining table is ideal for convivial meals, and the full bar means your butler can mix any cocktail you could dream of. There is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, and a barbecue on the deck.

The six bedrooms are tastefully decorated with timber and organic materials, and all feature en suite bathrooms with brass fixtures. One bedroom is on the main level with direct access to the pool terrace; the others, all with hardwood floors, are upstairs. Four open onto a shared balcony with ocean views, and the principal suite includes a bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers and a circular bathtub.
