Comprising four distinct buildings — the Farmhouse, the Cottage, the Stone Barn, and the Dutch Barn — the estate has been thoughtfully restored and designed to offer an unmatched setting for large group gatherings, multi-family retreats, celebrations, and countryside escapes. The Farmhouse is the heart of the estate — an 18th-century Grade II listed building, thoughtfully restored to honour its original character while blending in contemporary ease. It offers four beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms, including a master with bath and shower, two further rooms each with en suite bath and shower, and a fourth with an en suite shower room. Two bedrooms can be converted to twin beds. The generous ground floor encompasses a formal drawing room, a formal dining room, an open-plan kitchen centred on an electric Aga with Miele appliances, a light-filled breakfast room, a cosy TV snug warmed by a double-sided wood burner, and two quiet study areas. Outside, the sunken garden is made for long summer evenings and comes equipped with a dining table, comfortable sofa seating, a gas BBQ, a Kamado Joe smoker, and a firepit.

The Cottage is a warm and characterful retreat, originally converted in the late 1990s and refreshed in 2024. It sleeps four across four bedrooms: two upstairs rooms each with en suite bathrooms (one with a bath, one with a shower), a third annexe bedroom accessed via an external staircase with its own en suite bathroom and private kitchenette, and a fourth ground-floor bedroom (ideal for those with limited mobility) with access to a shared hallway shower room. Exposed beams, a log burner, French windows opening onto a private garden terrace, and a conservatory overlooking the grounds complete the picture.

The Stone Barn is a beautifully finished two-bedroom dwelling converted in 2023 from a former farm building. It combines original rustic character — including Crittall windows, a preserved hay rack in the kitchen, and a mezzanine bedroom overlooking the main living area — with considered contemporary design. Both bedrooms are fully en suite; one can be arranged as a super king or twin singles. The light-filled living space features a wood burner set in Cotswold stone, access to all major streaming services, and a Sonos sound system. A private terrace provides a peaceful spot for outdoor dining.

The Dutch Barn serves as the social heart of the estate — a dramatic conversion of a former hay store, retaining original beams and corrugated metal alongside Crittall windows that frame sweeping views of the apple orchard and fields. Upstairs, a grand open-plan living and dining area seats up to 20 guests with lounge spaces, a fireplace, and terrace doors opening directly onto the 16-metre heated outdoor pool and outdoor kitchen with Big Green Egg and BBQ. On the ground floor: a cinema room with all major streaming services and Dolby Atmos surround sound; a fully equipped gym; and a spa complex with changing rooms, a steam room, an outdoor barrel sauna, and a cold plunge pool.

Across the wider estate grounds, guests enjoy access to a tennis court, an apple orchard, a pond, mature woodland paths, and shared gardens ideal for outdoor dining and slow afternoon walks. A dedicated property manager is on-site during the week and on call 24/7 throughout every stay. Daily housekeeping is included across all buildings.
