The estate sits on 1.4 acres and is made up of several buildings: the main residence, a standalone principal bedroom, a self-contained two-bedroom guest home and two independent bedrooms off the courtyard. The pool terrace sits a few feet above the sand, out of sight of beachgoers, with steps down to the water.
An extra-large overflow pool with a tanning ledge, hot tub and room to swim laps is the centre of the day, with day beds and a cabana close by. After dark, the firepit, the floodlit pickleball court and the half basketball court come into their own.
Inside, high ceilings, large windows and muted, earthy tones frame the setting. The main gathering area has a modern kitchen, a bar and dining for 16, with a media room, a commercial-grade chef’s kitchen, a gym and a spa treatment room.
