Casa Vella

Vella Residence is a luxury tennis villa in Ibiza with sea views, perched above the sparkling coastline just minutes from Talamanca Beach and Ibiza Town. A rare gem on the island, this expansive estate offers postcard-perfect panoramas of the Mediterranean and comfortably hosts up to 24 guests across 8 elegant double suites.

Set on a private property with clean, modern architecture and minimalist interiors, the villa is designed for elevated island living. Most bedrooms open directly to sea views and overlook a stunning 17x7 meter pool terrace, lined with Balinese beds, loungers, and umbrellas. By night, the outdoor bar and BBQ area come alive with ambient lighting and a surround sound system, creating the perfect setting for entertaining.

For those seeking rest and rejuvenation, the villa features a full spa with steam room and jacuzzi, plus a fully equipped gym and private tennis court nestled within the grounds. A daily housekeeping team, personal concierge, and fresh breakfast are all included, with optional add-ons like a private chef, bartender, or bespoke event staff available on request.

Whether you’re here to serve, relax, or entertain, Vella Residence blends the best of coastal serenity with first-class hospitality.
