A contemporary residence of 550 m2 on 5,300 m2, built around a bright living room whose bay windows frame the pool and the bay of Pampelonne. The professional kitchen opens onto a large summer lounge and shaded terraces, with a poolside building, outdoor showers and a Big Green Egg barbecue by the water.
Eight full suites are spread over two levels, each with its own shower room, dressing room, air conditioning and terrace, and two further rooms for staff or teenagers include a studio by the pool. Downstairs, a wine cellar, hammam, massage room and gym keep the days easy.
The domain is private and secured, with its own independent security room, and the villa is offered as a full rental with a villa manager and daily housekeeping.
