Tenuta Cassiana

The padel court is built to professional standards and is available for on-site coaching. Le Marche is still flying under the radar, and the estate sits just twenty five minutes from the coast, with more than 400 olive trees, its own olive oil, a vegetable garden and panoramic terraces.

Nine bedrooms are divided between the manor, which has eight bedrooms across four floors, and a separate garden apartment opposite. The new pool has a built-in swim-up bar, and alongside it are a sand beach volleyball court, a short par three golf hole, a basketball hoop, a trampoline, giant chess, an outdoor yoga space and a children’s playground.

Inside, an arcade hall holds a full-size pool table, table tennis, foosball and air hockey. Evenings revolve around the wood-fired pizza oven, outdoor kitchen and barbecue, a vintage Fiat 500 serving as a cocktail bar, a firepit, and films under the stars.
