Villa Solana was once an olive oil farm and sits in the foothills two kilometres from Sóller, on the north coast of Mallorca. Olive, orange and lemon groves, palms, a fruit orchard and vegetable gardens surround it.
The residence is built around an authentic interior patio, with the original olive press dining room, a cinema and pool room, and a pool pavilion with a kitchen and barbecue, in some 1,600 m2 in all.
Beyond the large country kitchen and living areas, spacious terraces and courtyard patios look out to the mountains, with a large swimming pool, a tennis court, a gym and table tennis.
