Designed as a modern Sardinian retreat, the villa combines clean architectural lines, generous indoor-outdoor living and a strong focus on privacy, leisure and sport. It is arranged across three separate buildings, and four of the bedrooms have their own entrances and outdoor areas.
Outdoor living is central: two swimming pools connected by a waterfall, multiple terraces, shaded lounge areas, indoor and outdoor dining, and a double outdoor living area, one with a fireplace. The estate also has a fitness area and a private padel court.
The villa is a short drive from Porto Cervo, the beach, the port and the golf course.
