Four distinct buildings, the Farmhouse, the Cottage, the Stone Barn and the Dutch Barn, have been thoughtfully restored to offer an unmatched setting for large group gatherings, multi-family retreats, celebrations and countryside escapes. Featured in Country Life and winner of the International Design & Architecture Awards 2024, Lilie Farm balances historic character with every modern comfort.

The Farmhouse is the heart of the estate, an 18th-century Grade II listed building restored to honour its original character. It offers four en suite bedrooms, a formal drawing room and dining room, an open-plan kitchen centred on an electric Aga with Miele appliances, a light-filled breakfast room, a TV snug warmed by a double-sided wood burner, and two quiet study areas. Outside, the sunken garden is made for long summer evenings, with a dining table, sofa seating, a gas BBQ, a Kamado Joe smoker and a firepit.

The Cottage, converted in the late 1990s and refreshed in 2024, sleeps four across four bedrooms, with exposed beams, a log burner, French windows onto a private garden terrace and a conservatory overlooking the grounds. The Stone Barn, converted in 2023 from a former farm building, is a two-bedroom dwelling with Crittall windows, a preserved hay rack in the kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom, a wood burner set in Cotswold stone and a private terrace.

The Dutch Barn is the social heart of the estate, a dramatic conversion of a former hay store with original beams and Crittall windows framing views of the apple orchard and fields. Upstairs, a grand open-plan living and dining area seats up to 20 guests, with terrace doors opening onto the 16-metre heated outdoor pool and an outdoor kitchen with a Big Green Egg and BBQ. Downstairs are a cinema room with Dolby Atmos, a fully equipped gym, and a spa complex with a steam room, an outdoor barrel sauna and a cold plunge pool.

Across the grounds, guests also enjoy the tennis court, an apple orchard, a pond, woodland paths and shared gardens. A dedicated property manager is on site during the week and on call 24/7 throughout every stay, and to truly relax and unwind, we can create a hotel-style experience with daily breakfast, housekeeping, catering and turndown services.
