Built in 2024 on a 36,422 m2 site, the estate is taken exclusively: ten individual villas in tropical gardens, each with both an indoor and an outdoor bathroom, and the Standard Villas with 180 degree views over the sea towards Koh Phangan. The Grand Master and Small Master villas have their own saltwater pools and private cinemas, and eight Standard Villas stand in paired buildings.
The main building holds the spa, cinema, bars and a dining room for the whole estate, with a professional kitchen. The Oriental Spa, a climate controlled wine cellar, a sport centre with squash and billiards, a fitness building with yoga and Pilates studios, an art room and a golf pitch and putt fill the grounds.
A resident private chef and an estate team of fifteen look after every stay, from the first transfer to the last evening.

Every villa sleeps three adults, or two adults and a child, with an indoor and an outdoor bathroom. Up to six extra beds are available, free for up to four children in a parents’ villa.

Rates shown are for the full estate, all ten villas. Single villas per night, High / Low / Shoulder / Festive: Standard $1,575 / $1,225 / $1,313 / $1,750; Small Master $2,025 / $1,575 / $1,688 / $2,250; Grand Master $3,150 / $2,450 / $2,625 / $3,500. A 3 to 7 night minimum applies, depending on the season.
