The tennis court sits at the heart of the property, framed by natural landscape. Around it, the estate unfolds at its own pace: a large garden, an outdoor dining terrace with BBQ, two fireplaces for cooler evenings, and a pool that catches the afternoon light.
The main residence offers four bedrooms in a three queen and one king configuration, four bathrooms, and flexible sleeping arrangements for children or additional guests. A self-contained guest home sits separately on the grounds, with its own kitchen, dining space and sleeping quarters, giving larger groups a natural rhythm of togetherness and retreat.
Housekeeping runs five days a week. Chefs, surf lessons and curated local experiences can be arranged on request. The village is a five-minute walk, and Guincho beach, one of the finest stretches of Atlantic coastline in Europe, is seven minutes by car.
